In response to Ontario’s Stay-At-Home order, beginning 12:01am Saturday, April 17th, all golf courses across Ontario will be closed until such order is lifted. These closures include Deer Creek Golf Club, Salem Ridge Golf & Academy, and Glen Cedars Golf Club.

Please note: Any previously scheduled tee times after April 16th will be cancelled.
We anticipate closing daily around dusk , with opening times starting at 9am. Early arrival is recommended.
Please be advised that we anticipate a large attendance, with the potential for guests to be turned away without a chance to use our facilities. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and will do our best to safely accommodate as many golfers as possible. Additional restrictions may apply.
Updated COVID-19 Measures and Expectations
Mandatory non-medical masks or face coverings are required within all indoor locations, including the Pro Shop. As masks will not be provided, guests are expected to bring their own mask or face covering.
Do not visit our facilities if you have been in close contact with a confirmed or probably case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
You are expected to practice safe social distancing at all times (2m or 6’ apart).
Follow all signage upon arrival.
Do not visit our facility if you have traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days.
Do not arrive until 20 minutes prior to your tee time.
All payments must be made online or by debit/credit card in the Pro Shop.
NO CASH will be accepted.
We have removed all bunker rakes and ball washers from our courses.
Flagsticks have been adjusted to ensure player safety.
On course washrooms will be closed.
Power Carts are single rider only unless from the same household.
Do not touch the pins or any other players equipment.
Pull carts and rental clubs will not be available.
Food and Beverage will be available via curb side pick-up.
Deer Creek Golf Clubs is taking every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff. Our staff have been trained on new procedures and protocols. They have been provided with and have access to proper PPE and hand sanitizers to keep themselves and our guests safe while on our property. Our staff will work diligently to ensure safety everyone. High traffic areas, touch points, and washroom facilities will be sanitized to meet our mandated guidelines.
UPDATED RAIN CHECK POLICY
If golfers opt to stop playing or leave the course due to rain they will not be permitted back on the course and must leave the property. To receive your rain check please call the Pro Shop when you arrive at your car and have one person come into the Pro Shop to retrieve your rain checks for the group. if the golf course is cleared due to lightning or inclement weather the same process will hold true. Golfers will be asked to return their carts to the dirty cart return area, empty any garbage, recycling and unfortunately get into their cars and exit the facility. We will not be “restarting” golfers. To receive your rain check please call the Pro Shop when you arrive at your car and have one person come into the Pro Shop to retrieve your rain checks for the group.
During lightning or inclement weather, the golf course will be closed until the weather clears at which point any tee times that are booked will be able to play. Unfortunately, if your time has passed we will not be able to accommodate you unless there are open times available. In severe cases the course may be closed for the entire day. Rain checks or refunds will be provided for anyone who has prepaid. Rain checks will be issued relative to the amount of time on course and will be at the discretion of the Pro Shop.
